The 4th Annual Quad Rock 50 will take place May 9, 2015. Registration will open December 16, 2014.

** Runners registered for the 50 mile race who drop after 25 miles will be given an official 25 mile finish, but will not be eligible for 25 mile awards. 50 milers who request to drop to the 25 by packet pickup will be officially entered into the 25 mile race and will be eligible for 25 mile awards.

In the event that the race sells out, we will maintain a waiting list and transfer runners from the waiting list to the race roster should other runners already registered not be able to attend. Our runner cap for 2015 remains the same as last year at 350 for both races and we will allocate 270 spots to the 50 mile race and 130 spots to the 25 mile race to account for race day no-shows.
In the event that the race sells out (and there are runners on the waiting list), we will be offer a race-transfer option, allowing runners a full refund – minus a $20 handling fee – if they are not able to race. This option will be available until May 1. If we do not have runners on the waiting list available to accept a transfer entry, then unfortunately we will not be able to offer transfers or refunds.
Registered runners may also switch between races. Runners in the 25 mile race can pay the additional registration fee to upgrade to the 50 mile race. There is no fee for 50 mile runners to drop to the 25 mile race. Runners who switch races after May 1st may not be guaranteed a correct race shirt. Runners who drop to the 25 on race day will not be eligible for 25 mile awards.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
With the exception of wait list transfers, entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event the race is cancelled due to extreme weather, fire, or for some other unforeseeable event, we cannot offer refunds or credits.
