We are currently accepting wait list entries for the 25 mile race. To join the wait list, simply fill out an entry through www.utrasignup.com. You will receive an invite when a spot opens up (we usually turn over 20-30 spots before race day) and you won’t be billed until you accept the entry.
50 Mile Race Fee:
Before Jan 1: $85
Jan 1 to March 31: $95
April 1 to May 3: $110
25 Mile Race Fee:
Before Jan 1: $75
Jan 1 to March 31: $85
April 1 to May 3: $100

In the event that the race sells out, we will maintain a waiting list and transfer runners from the waiting list to the race roster should other runners already registered not be able to attend. Our runner cap for 2014 has been increased to 350 for both races and we will allocate 270 spots to the 50 mile race and 130 spots to the 25 mile race to account for race day no-shows.
In the event that the race sells out (and there are runners on the waiting list), we will be offer a race-transfer option, allowing runners a full refund – minus a $20 handling fee – if they are not able to race. This option will be available until May 1. If we do not have runners on the waiting list available to accept a transfer entry, then unfortunately we will not be able to offer transfers or refunds.
Registered runners may also switch between races. Runners in the 25 mile race can pay the additional $10 registration fee to upgrade to the 50 mile race. There is no fee for 50 mile runners to drop to the 25 mile race. Runners who switch races after April 14th may not be guaranteed a correct race shirt or finisher award (i.e. A 25 mile registrant who upgrades to the 50 may receive a 25 mile race shirt and award from their original registration).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
With the exception of wait list transfers, entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event the race is cancelled due to extreme weather, fire, or for some other unforeseeable event, we cannot offer refunds or credits.
