Course Map and Profile

The 50 mile course will have approximately 11,130ft of vertical gain.

*The 2017 Quad Rock route has been modified to detour around a section of the Spring Creek trail currently closed for nesting raptors. The first section from Arthur’s to Towers will go directly up Sawmill, Loggers, and Carey Springs to Towers eliminating 1 mile from the Stout trail. The section from Towers to Horsetooth down the Spring Creek trail will take a left onto Herrington and right onto Stout to add a 1 mile detour around the trail closure back to the Horsetooth Falls trail. Mileage will be exactly the same as the usual course and vertical difference will be negligible.

The first 25 mile loop will run clockwise from Soldier Canyon. 50 mile runners will run a second loop in the opposite direction and will finish on the East Valley trail.
